TutorialTube - Free tutorials

Ok Im having some serious problems:

I will make a default first frame using a poser 2 model.

Then in the second frame I will make my pose....say I rase the guys foot up.

I fastforward to frame 30, make it a key frame, but not even change the pose one bit. However when I scroll back and forth between 2 and 30 the guys leg will spin in cirlces and go crazy before returning to its perfect spot in 30.

What is going on?!
